I booked this trip for a 5am pickup and soon after confirmation, I received a message via WhatsApp from our assigned driver/guide/photographer named Yo, suggesting change of pickup time to 3am. For a perfectly good reason - to avoid the big crowd and up to 1-3 hours wait time to have your photos taken at The Gates of Heaven. A good decision that I agreed to it. My cousin and I had a wonderful day, a faultless trip with our friendly and caring driver photographer Yo. He took heaps of photos and very knowledgeable and professional, telling you the best pose, location and background for your photos/souvenirs. Yo also took lots of photos using my mobile phone so we have that memorable souvenirs on hand, as it takes some time forwarding all photos taken by his professional camera. And I can’t wait and overly excited to received them. This trip is 100% well worth it. An amazing and truly enjoyable and unforgettable day tour. Thank Yo, thank you Klook and THANK YOU Bali.

हमारे टूर गाइड/फोटोग्राफर डेबॉन्ग अद्भुत थे। उन्होंने उत्तरी बाली की पूरी यात्रा के दौरान हमारा बहुत ख्याल रखा। वह धैर्यवान थे और उन्होंने हमें ऐसा महसूस कराया कि हमें हर जगह पर जल्दबाजी करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। बाली में पहली बार आने वाले के तौर पर हमने बहुत अच्छा समय बिताया। इस टूर और डेबॉन्ग दोनों की अत्यधिक अनुशंसा करते हैं। अतिरिक्त लाभ - हमें अच्छी तस्वीरें भी मिलीं!

हमारे ड्राइवर श्री देबोंग (बॉन) के साथ हमारा अनुभव बहुत शानदार रहा। वह बहुत मिलनसार, पेशेवर थे और उन्होंने हमें पूरी यात्रा के दौरान हमेशा सहज महसूस कराया। उनकी फोटोग्राफी कौशल उत्कृष्ट थी, और उन्होंने हमें हर जगह कुछ अद्भुत यादें कैद करने में मदद की। उन्होंने सुबह 3:30 बजे जल्दी यात्रा शुरू करने का सुझाव दिया, जो एक बेहतरीन विचार साबित हुआ क्योंकि हम भीड़ आने से पहले सभी आकर्षणों का दौरा कर पाए। वह एक बहुत ही सुरक्षित और सावधान ड्राइवर भी थे, जिससे यात्रा सुखद और तनाव-मुक्त रही। बाली आने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति के लिए अत्यधिक अनुशंसित!

I joined this tour during a solo trip to Bali, and one of the main reasons I chose it was because the guide would help take photos. My guide, Uda, took many wonderful photos with his camera, and I’m very happy with them. Since I was traveling alone, I explored at my own pace and sometimes kept the guide waiting. However, he was always patient and never rushed me. He even took me to a coffee plantation that was not originally included, which was a lovely surprise. Whenever I asked, he was always happy to take photos for me and shared a lot of interesting information about Bali. Staying around my hotel would have limited what I could experience, so I am truly glad I booked this tour. If I have the chance to visit Bali again, I will definitely ask for Uda as my guide. Thank you for making my trip so memorable! ✨

Our guide, Deabong, arrived exactly on time and managed our itinerary with incredible efficiency—we never felt rushed, yet we got to see everything promised. What really set him apart was his photography skills. He knew all the best angles and lighting, giving us beautiful, high-quality photos to take home. Truly a professional! 👌👍💚

My driver/guide/photographer is Deabong and he picked me up at my hotel at 7.30 PM on the dot. He is very helpful and clear with his instruction, very thoughtful in guiding me and taking my pictures 😆All my pictures came out good. Highly recommend him to any solo travellers like me out there 👍🏻

This tour is worth posting in instagram. The best part for me was the swing. We got to wear that very long dress to achieve that magnificent photo (they take good photos). Our tour guide, Uda, brought his own cam as well and he took good shots too. What I liked about him is that he did not rush us in exploring every attraction we went to. He let us take our time. He even suggested if we want to do coffee tasting, which we were really looking forward in one of our tours (since my friend is a coffee lover). Both him and the driver was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. Though this tour started with walking uphill (all the way to the Gates of Heaven) and ended with a little hike going to the waterfalls. In Gates of Heaven, we chose to wear a Balinese costume to maximize our experience with the place and the culture.

our guide was Deabong and he made the journey very comfortable and exactly as we wanted it to be! He informed us about waiting lines and started the tour at the hour that we wanted from Ubud. We visited the Gate Of Heaven where he took amazing photos of us after waiting and enduring some rain and then at Tirta Gangga. He also knew what to tell me to make the pictures better and how to pose, all while being very respectful and kind! We wanted to go grab lunch with a view of the volcano and he took us to the perfect place with no complaint about the distance and the time of the tour. If we ever travel back to Bali we would love to see him again. highly recommend!

Aditya was my photographer and driver and he took amazing photos and videos for me!! 🤩 He was kind, helpful and professional, and worked hard to get all the shots for me. He even helped me retrieve a camera I accidently left behind at the temple!! This was definitely the highlight of my trip, I haven't had this many beautiful photos taken in a day. I woke at 4.30am for this but it was well worth it. Thanks so much Aditya for your hard work today.
