En dessous de la moyenne 第一印象…狭っでした。そもそも建物がこじんまりした感じなので仕方ないかもしれませんが、これまで泊まってきたどんなホテルよりも狭い印象でした。そしてシャワーカーテンにカビ…ダメですね。さらにお部屋の特徴で記載の防音仕様は真っ赤な嘘です、めちゃくちゃ音聞こえます。立地がミナミ観光に便利で値段も安かったのですが…安かろう悪かろうと思ってしまい、リピートは無しです。

清掃が行き届いていない。
浴室はカビっぽい匂いが常時していた。
細かいかもしれないが、備え付けのマグカップに埃が積もっていたのには驚いた。
シャワー、トイレが大変狭いので、使い勝手が悪かった。
Uberを頼んだ際、配達員が間違えてフロントに渡してしまった様で、部屋までフロントの男性が届けてくれた。
フロントが好印象だっただけに、清掃が行き届いてないのが残念だった。

The staff was friendly however the room was small, especially the bathroom, a tiny one !
The room was in great condition but some improvement can be done. It smelled humidity across the room which was uncomfortable

Bien Would not recommend staying in this hotel. The room is so uncomfortably small as to be non-functional (and we had the larger type room!) The bathroom was particularly infuriating - so small you could not move without hitting something (think the sink faucet doubling as the bathtub faucet). Also, as we found out on our second night, housekeeping service must be requested!? Since when is this not standard? Of course, they did not make this clear upfront when we checked in, so we were disappointed to come back after a long day to a room not made up - clearly a cost-saving exercise for them to not be upfront about this. The main redeeming fact is that the hotel is in a fun area with lots to do.

Great location. The rooms are compact but the details were tasteful! Very much thought put into how the room was decorated. Will come back if ever in Osaka.
