Staff were very helpful and even helped me call the next hotel for baggage delivery questions. Very good location, i could walk to most places.

En dessous de la moyenneSéjour en couple
The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures online. With two suitcases, we struggled to find enough space to move around or store our luggage comfortably.
The bed mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get good rest during our stay.
Another frustrating issue was that the cleaning staff turned off the refrigerator three days in a row. After coming back from tours, we brought leftover food and drinks, only to find the refrigerator turned off each time. It felt like the hotel was trying to save electricity at the expense of guest convenience.

The staff were amazing! Kind and fast check in. The room is big enough for 2 (we were in Japan not in the USA so size it’s more than we expected). Great location (close to Dotonbori but not in the middle of crazy Namba). Clean, comfortable, with fridge, kittle inside the room. Microwave and some staff at the front desk with tables! A great place to recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep.
The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation.
Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh. Housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping the room clean and well stocked.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!
