we got the corner room it is awesome since we are near the elevator. While the service is nice and the wifi is fast the cr had a problem but eventually got resolved. (photo not related)

Take note that a security deposit amounting to ₱3,000 will be collected upon check-in. This is automatically returned after check-out (we opted to use cash instead of debit/credit card).

Always a pleasant stay! The receptionist is very accommodating with my preferred room and floor. Coming back next week!

- tellement proche de la tour Trident, à quelques pas, tellement pratique pour les candidats au NCLEX - les gardes sont très abordables, on peut leur demander le chemin vers Trident et même ils nous félicitent, ce qui remonte le moral des candidats comme moi - le robinet et l'eau étaient sales, il y avait des morceaux de rouille quand on ouvrait le robinet - l'hôtel devrait avoir des micro-ondes dans chaque chambre, même si ce n'est qu'un studio, un micro-ondes est indispensable - belle vue plongeante sur Makati et nous nous sommes bien amusés à la piscine, tellement relaxant - l'évier était également bouché - la direction devrait changer sa routine de nettoyage, les femmes de ménage devraient nous demander la permission avant de nettoyer la chambre lorsque nous sommes à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, c'est tellement choquant de savoir qu'elles peuvent accéder à la chambre à tout moment lorsque nous sommes à l'extérieur, mais heureusement, aucun objet n'a été perdu

good the place is very clean and good. the staff are very very nice. we do not know if the TV is working. toilet needs to be repainted since it somehow smell. it was a very good stay. the place is very clean. and very good.

The location is perfect. it’s right in the heart of Makati and close to several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. I loved how easy it was to grab a meal or coffee just a short walk away. Whether you’re craving local food or something international, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Transportation is also very accessible, so getting around the city was no problem at all. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and met our expectations. The staff were generally accommodating and quick to assist whenever we had requests, which made our stay easier, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The only minor issue we experienced was during breakfast. We requested a high chair for our baby, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist us with this request at that time. However, the staff tried to make up for it by offering us complimentary chocolate drinks before we left, which we appreciated. While it would have been better if a high chair was readily available, we still acknowledge their effort to provide an alternative gesture. Despite this small inconvenience, our overall experience was good.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to access, with nearby shops and attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy and fresh. The hotel facilities were also impressive and well taken care of. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

This is our 2nd time in The Belamy House, and I must say that we really enjoyed our stay!! The place is great and so the staff!! We'll definitely visit this place soon!!
