Meilleur emplacement si vous voulez être près de l'Opéra (zone de prise en charge habituelle pour les visites). Leur petit-déjeuner est bon et le personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont propres.

Hotel is at an unbeatable location within the old quarters - highly accessible and convenient with tons of food and activities within walking distance. Our room was clean and large with great positive vibes. Bed is a little hard but water pressure is good and hot water is abundant. Breakfast is fantastic, cooked upon order, fresh and hearty. Currently, from Friday 6pm to Sunday 11:59pm, the roads around the lake are closed off to traffic. The roads become a hive of activities for both locals and tourists. Our room was facing the lake and albeit being on the 5th floor, it can get slightly noisy. We were woken up by loud pumping beats as early as 6am (morning exercise groups). So if you are sensitive to sounds, do note this. But if you are the kind that embraces everything, then I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel location is within Old Quarter and walking distance to different sites. prompt and helpful responses to our inquiries via phone, seamless check in. clean room with fresh linens. Very helpful and courteous concierge and reception. salute and big thank you to the Hotel Manager KATE, and to the very attentive reception Duran and Hannah. they all went out of their way help us. thank you so much

Très bon hôtel où séjourner à Hanoï. Bon petit déjeuner, très bonnes chambres (confortables, bien équipées et sécurisées), personnel serviable et professionnel, et bon emplacement également !

Kate and the team were very helpful and accommodating. They even helped us purchase a birthday cake for my friend, which was really thoughtful. The beds were really comfortable.
The room isn't very big, but you can easily arrange your luggage on the floor, and it’s still good for three people.
The food is decent and very delicious, especially the pho — although the menu doesn’t change often. I also loved their lemon cucumber drink! The fruits and vegetables were very fresh, which was a nice touch.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Cafe Giang and Hoan Kiem Lake, which is super convenient.
If I ever come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

Could not have asked for a better stay at La Sinfonia Dey Ray! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Affa Boutique Hotel. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile and make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
