Had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Toronto – North York. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience with good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for a short stay in downtown Toronto. Close to Distillery District, St Lawrence Market, etc. I've read other reviews about the area being sketchy and I kind of get it because of the homeless (but generally harmless) people hanging around nearby, which I guess is not uncommon downtown. Personally, I didn't encounter any issues with safety. You just have to be aware of your surroundings. Room was nice and clean, only issue was that I was given one on the 2nd floor, at the very end of a long hallway with several stairs. It was a pain because I had a lot of bags, but staff did offer to help, which was nice. I was also able to do laundry in the basement where they had a washer and a dryer. It was convenient for me, but the dryer and the room itself does need some cleaning as there was dust/lint flying everywhere.
