Everything was the best!!! It's worth booking this resort for a special occasion. Very satisfied. All the resort staff are friendly & helpful. The food was great & the activities were great too. I want to repeat with family.

It has been a great experience staying in Harris Waterfront. Especially the staffs, they were all so friendly. Their foods whether is breakfast or the dinner/lunch we had in Harris, they were great. For sure, I will book with them again when I will to go Batam for my next trip. I will recommend them to my friends too.

Very convenient location, link to Grand Batam mall. There were 3 spaces besides Hotel and Aespa offer 20% off all treatments for hotel guest. It was my son's birthday and the staff decorated the room with rose petals and towel birthday cake and also gave me a small birthday cake. Definitely my choice of Hotel if I were to return to Batam.

First time here and it was very enjoyable, I really liked my stay here. The staff were very amicable and the room was awesome. Breakfast was also amazing though I did find it difficult to wake up early in the morning 🤣

Stayed in Room 722. Alittle warm because it's the top floor. Preferred rooms on the 6th floor. Artotel has one of the best location.

Hôtel préféré de tous les temps. J'y suis allé pour un voyage en solo. L'hôtel est connecté à un centre commercial. Le personnel est toujours poli et souriant.

I stayed at Turi Beach Resort on a weekday, and overall, the facilities are well-maintained. The resort grounds are clean, the buildings look cared for, and everything seems to be in good condition. However, I was a bit puzzled because the website stated that the resort was fully booked—but when I arrived, I hardly saw other guests. The beach was empty, the swimming pool was empty, and most areas felt very quiet. It made me wonder where everyone was, or if the occupancy shown online was accurate. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet stay, this might actually be a good thing. But if you’re expecting a lively resort atmosphere, you might feel a little isolated during weekdays.

Great convenient location. Less than 10 minutes walk to Batam Centre Harbour as well as mega mall. Most importantly, friendly and helpful staff makes the stay a very pleasant one. The room is huge and clean with a water dispenser right outside our room to dispense hot or cold water at our choosing. So convenient. Overall, we just love it! Value for money without a doubt.
