Première fois à Nusa Dua. La plage de l'hôtel est agréable. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais très bien. Il est immense, il faut environ 15 minutes pour marcher de la réception à la plage.

Séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits. Nous avons été accueillis par un personnel chaleureux lors de l'enregistrement, qui nous a expliqué en détail les installations disponibles pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé toute notre journée à l'hôtel, à nous promener sur la plage et à nager dans la piscine (en tant que client de l'hôtel, vous avez un accès gratuit aux lits de repos de la piscine de l'hôtel et, à certains moments, au Beach Club). Pensez à vérifier un jour à l'avance et à réserver vos activités si le temps le permet. Tout le personnel était accueillant et sympathique, oui, j'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

We highly recommend this hotel! We stayed in a room with lagoon access. Overall, we were amazed by the superb service. We arrived way ahead of our check-in time, but they let us check in early for free because they said we looked exhausted. Thanks to the whole team, especially Madelin who assisted us. All of the staff are incredibly kind. There was even a tall, chubby guy who lent us his personal motorcycle just so we could go withdraw money, even though we insisted that he shouldn't and that we would just take a Grab. As for the location, it is a bit far from the city center and convenience stores. It's fine since it’s easily accessible by Gojek, but if you are trying to save money on rides, it might not be the best option. Still, the amazing hospitality made it worth it!

Notre séjour au Bakung Resort and Villa Ubud a été vraiment merveilleux. L'endroit est magnifique, paisible et entouré par la nature, ce qui en fait l'évasion parfaite de l'agitation de la ville. Le personnel était incroyablement chaleureux et serviable, et l'ambiance générale nous a fait nous sentir détendus et comme à la maison. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, et chaque recoin du complexe avait une charmante touche balinaise. Se réveiller avec des vues sereines et passer du temps dans un environnement aussi tranquille a été l'un des points forts de notre voyage. La seule chose que nous regrettons est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps ! Nous sommes absolument tombés amoureux de cet endroit et aurions aimé avoir réservé quelques nuits supplémentaires. Nous aimerions vraiment revenir et séjourner ici lors de notre prochaine visite à Ubud. Fortement recommandé !

Tous les biens, l'emplacement près de la plage, près du restaurant et du supermarché Bintang, à presque 30 minutes de route de l'aéroport, le personnel est presque bon et accueillant.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Seminyak! The location was perfect—close to great cafés, restaurants, and the beach, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The pool area was also a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Bali. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seminyak. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. While waiting for our room, they escorted us to the VIP room to enjoy tea, snacks, and coffee. The bed in the room was very large, extremely comfortable, and great for sleeping. Welcome fruit was provided in the room, and the soft drinks and Pringles in the minibar were complimentary. The slippers provided by the hotel were also stylish and could be taken home. The location is convenient, very close to the airport and shopping centers. The only area for improvement is that the gym is truly too small; other than that, everything else is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had no issues at all from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The swimming pool is the best, but unfortunately, the water isn't very clear, perhaps because it mixes with the beach sand. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay here.
