The front desk staff were friendly. The gym is open 24 hours, and the pool is great from 6 AM to 11 PM. The room interior is quite spacious and clean. It's conveniently located downtown, making transportation easy. The view isn't great, though.

Worth the price for a family of four! I never thought that it was a big family room. Plus, its very convenient whenever you’re hungry they have a lil shop at the first floor near the front desk.

The accessibility to the mountains and downtown was excellent. However, cleaning was not daily, but scheduled. The noise was also loud, but despite that, the good accessibility made for a pleasant stay.

This was the first hotel i stayed at after landing, and after trying a few others, i still prefer this one. It’s conveniently located near the airport without being too close. There’s also a nice Denny’s nearby, which is great if you’re looking for somewhere convenient to grab a meal

The only thing to note, which is common in North America, is that there's no kettle in the room, and the hotel doesn't provide drinking hot water. However, the staff were very enthusiastic and guided me to use the microwave to solve my hot water needs. The overall experience was excellent, and next time I have the opportunity, I'd like to stay longer to experience facilities like the pool.
