Hôtels à Sendai

L'expérience globale de mon séjour à l'hôtel a été très agréable. Lors de l'enregistrement, le personnel de la réception a été aimable, clair et efficace dans ses explications, ce qui m'a fait me sentir valorisé. La chambre était de taille convenable, propre, et le lit était doux et confortable, permettant un repos complet. Les équipements de la chambre étaient complets, incluant une télévision, un réfrigérateur et des articles de toilette, tous très pratiques à utiliser. L'environnement de l'hôtel était calme, avec une bonne insonorisation, ce qui a permis de ne pas être dérangé pendant la nuit. Les espaces communs étaient très propres et l'ambiance générale était relaxante. L'emplacement était également très pratique, avec des magasins et des restaurants à proximité, offrant de bonnes commodités. Dans l'ensemble, cette expérience d'hébergement a été satisfaisante. La qualité du service, la propreté de l'environnement et le confort étaient excellents. Si l'occasion se présente à l'avenir, je serais ravi d'y séjourner à nouveau et je le recommanderai à mes amis et à ma famille.

Small room but that just makes it more cozy. Great selection of free amenities. staff were all wonderful. The location is honestly the best once you gauge where things are. The Sendai station is just down the street. Multiple convenience stores. Department mall is attached to the station.

The location is convenient, about 6-8 minutes from Sendai Station. There's a 7-Eleven and Starbucks downstairs, and Sendai Morning Market and a Zenzirou branch next door. There are many restaurants and drugstores nearby. The hotel staff are very kind, friendly, attentive, and polite! The twin room is quite spacious, the shower pressure is good, and the hairdryer is powerful, so long hair is not an issue. The amenities are new and clean, though there are only two-prong outlets and USB ports, but the room has a 3-in-1 charging cable, which is great! 👍🏻

The accommodation experience was first-class. This was my first stay at a Hoshino Resorts KAI property, and the hot springs were excellent. Both meals included in the half-board plan were delicious. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely consider Hoshino Resorts KAI properties first when choosing hotels in the future.

Some reviews said that it's a distance from the station but it actually wasn't that bad. It's also just a short walk to the morning market and a stroll to CLIS road. Plenty of eateries and conbini around. The room is clean and bigger than normal Japanese size, loads of amenities and beverage packages available in the lobby.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was clean, comfortable, with great amenities including a smart tv. Also had a great view! hotel location: The hotel location was very convenient being connected to Sendai station, it’s easy to find, and numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance so you don’t have to go far, and don’t have to stress about being late to your train when leaving. I was able to store my luggage after checking out free of charge so I could spend my day in Sendai. Would stay here again!

Very convenient, close to Sendai Station, close to car rental, close to shopping areas. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the reception staff is attentive. Easy check-in. Delicious breakfast. The pictures in the review are for a single occupancy room.

It's a 5-minute brisk walk from the station if you don't have luggage. If you have a lot of bags, you might wish you had stayed somewhere closer. The breakfast was delicious, and there weren't many people between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM when I went, so I ate very comfortably. However, if it's not already included, it's not necessarily worth adding on.

Mitsui has always been one of my favorite hotels to stay at when visiting Japan, and this time I saw a special offer and booked it right away. The room was neat and clean, and there's a large public bath on the top floor, perfect for relieving fatigue after a day of travel.
