Extremely satisfied. It served as a great base for touring Tohoku, including the Zao snow monsters, Ginzan Onsen, Fox Village, and Matsushima Bay. The area around Sendai Station is fantastic for shopping; I could buy my drugstore items and drop them off at the hotel before continuing my shopping spree. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the hotel's face masks and baths every day. Very comfortable and highly recommended.

Hotel Location: Very convenient with a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart downstairs. Transportation Convenience: A 10-minute walk from Sendai Station. Cleanliness: Overall very clean, the room space was surprisingly large. There was plenty of room to open two large suitcases without feeling cramped. The air conditioning was also nice and cold. The only downside is that the bed was a bit small. Service: Disposable amenities are available for self-service on the first floor, as well as ice maker, microwave, and washing machine services. I asked the hotel to help dispose of a suitcase and only had to pay ¥1,000. They also offer luggage storage, umbrella and shopping bag rentals. The arrangement was really good.

The environment is clean, and the service is professional. It was great that there was a staff member available who could communicate in Chinese. Luggage storage is available. I accidentally left something behind, but I was able to retrieve it quickly. It's also great that amenities are available in the lobby for you to take as needed.

In Sendai, there are two hotels in the chain. This hotel is located on the side that isn't Ichibancho, so it's quieter. If you want liveliness, you should choose the other side. A very big advantage is its proximity to a department store that sells clothes and closes at 10 PM. Very good.

The hotel is surrounded by numerous supermarkets and convenience stores. Although not located in the core tourist area, it's only a 5- to 10-minute walk to shopping malls and arcades, making it quite convenient. The rooms feature spacious bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas, and the king-size rooms are decent with sufficient comfort. However, the hotel's public bath is smaller compared to other local options, which won't be a major issue unless you're specifically looking for a large onsen. Overall, its strength lies in its quiet yet vibrant location and well-equipped facilities.

Some reviews said that it's a distance from the station but it actually wasn't that bad. It's also just a short walk to the morning market and a stroll to CLIS road. Plenty of eateries and conbini around. The room is clean and bigger than normal Japanese size, loads of amenities and beverage packages available in the lobby.

one of the best hotels we stayed and it’s located within Sendai Station. don’t even need to go outside as there is a direct link, just need to figure out where. the room is very clean and the bathtub even has a jacuzzi 😆the lounge for all guests is very pretty and you can help yourself to coffee and tea.

This Japanese-style hotel is very comfortable. You can enjoy the onsen (hot spring) in the evening, with complimentary popsicles and late-night ramen. In the morning, Yakult is served at the onsen. The breakfast is abundant, and in the summer, they provide ice pillows. Free self-service laundry is available, but drying costs from ¥100 per load. If there's a discount, don't miss it!

walkable distance from sendai station, staff are nice and very helpful, serving from their heart. great hotel!
