The environment is clean, and the service is professional. It was great that there was a staff member available who could communicate in Chinese. Luggage storage is available. I accidentally left something behind, but I was able to retrieve it quickly. It's also great that amenities are available in the lobby for you to take as needed.

Extremely satisfied. It served as a great base for touring Tohoku, including the Zao snow monsters, Ginzan Onsen, Fox Village, and Matsushima Bay. The area around Sendai Station is fantastic for shopping; I could buy my drugstore items and drop them off at the hotel before continuing my shopping spree. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the hotel's face masks and baths every day. Very comfortable and highly recommended.

Very convenient, close to Sendai Station, close to car rental, close to shopping areas. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the reception staff is attentive. Easy check-in. Delicious breakfast. The pictures in the review are for a single occupancy room.

one of the best hotels we stayed and it’s located within Sendai Station. don’t even need to go outside as there is a direct link, just need to figure out where. the room is very clean and the bathtub even has a jacuzzi 😆the lounge for all guests is very pretty and you can help yourself to coffee and tea.

Some reviews said that it's a distance from the station but it actually wasn't that bad. It's also just a short walk to the morning market and a stroll to CLIS road. Plenty of eateries and conbini around. The room is clean and bigger than normal Japanese size, loads of amenities and beverage packages available in the lobby.

The room rate is a bit high for the size. The provision of lotion, facial cleanser, bath powder, cotton swabs, and a face mask on the first floor is a nice touch. However, the bed is a little too firm. The breakfast is decent. The restaurant and front desk staff are very polite. It's very close to Sendai JR station.

Great location right next to the subway entrance, and the hotel is near the morning market entrance, making it very convenient to browse and have breakfast. The separate wet and dry bathroom is a plus. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Sendai.

Located just a short walk from the back of Sendai Station. The pleasant scent of lavender greets you as soon as you enter. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the Bluetooth speaker allows you to listen to your favorite music as much as you like. I could have sat on the couch by the window forever. The Bach music playing in the 16th-floor public bath created a relaxing atmosphere. I was especially looking forward to breakfast, and the staff's explanations were kind and the delicious dishes made generous use of Tohoku ingredients. Second helpings of rice and miso soup were available. Overall, this hotel lived up to the reviews, leaving absolutely nothing to be desired. I've stayed at various hotels every time I've visited Sendai, but this will be my only choice from now on!

In Sendai, there are two hotels in the chain. This hotel is located on the side that isn't Ichibancho, so it's quieter. If you want liveliness, you should choose the other side. A very big advantage is its proximity to a department store that sells clothes and closes at 10 PM. Very good.
