- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (80cm x 40cm x 40cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100x100cm
- Please don't leave your passport, flight documents, mobile phone, laptop and other important personal items in your luggage
- Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. If you find something wrong with your luggage, please consult with one of the customer service staffs of the operator
- Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete then operator will no longer bear any responsibility
- Please do not keep prohibited items in the airport in your luggage
- If the luggage does not meet one of the legal rules, the service will be terminated even the booking is successful. The customer will bear all the losses and any legal liabilities for the incident
- Upon checkout, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and the operator will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take photos of your luggage and storage receipt from the receptionist before leaving the hotel
- An amount up to VND22,000,000 per luggage insurance will cover relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage. This does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations, and airfare costs
- For customers who are staying at an Airbnb affiliated properties, the operator will contact you to reconfirm the pick up and drop off time
- Customers will receive full refunds from the operator for 20 mintues late deliveries

Si vous laissez vos bagages à l'hôtel après votre départ le dernier jour de votre voyage, vous devrez retourner à l'hôtel pour les récupérer, mais Moving Company les a livrés directement à l'aéroport, donc c'était vraiment Le prix était bon marché et ils ont fourni des conseils amicaux (ils vous envoient un message de notification en temps réel sur l'état de la livraison).
Ce service lui-même est très pratique. Mais quand je suis arrivé, le personnel devant la réception ne semble pas très au courant de ce qu'il faut faire. Sinon, le service est fortement recommandé aux touristes. Mes bagages ont été transférés deux fois sans problème.
Le processus est très pratique ! J'ai laissé mes bagages à l'hôtel le matin du dernier jour du voyage et je peux facilement faire du shopping et faire le spa dans les quatre heures qui suivent. J'ai été informé par WhatsApp de la collecte et livraison de mes bagages, et finalement j'ai pris le bus jusqu'à l'hôtel à côté du terminal international. Ils peuvent trouver leur compagnie dans le sous-sol du terminal domestique pour récupérer les bagages, et il ne faut que dix minutes pour revenir à l'international Terminal.
Pour faire une visite, après le départ le même jour, j'ai demandé à envoyer mes bagages et à les récupérer à l'aéroport, mais le représentant local m'a dit d'annuler la visite et de procéder à un remboursement.
