1. Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à l'heure de notre réservation, mais ils ont mis beaucoup de temps à la trouver, sans succès. Nous ignorons pourquoi. 2. Le menu du restaurant est le même que celui que nous avions réservé, mais sur place, il coûte 7300 ou 7800 yens par personne, alors que sur votre plateforme, il coûte plus de 600 RMB par personne. Cela revient à payer environ 300 RMB de frais de plateforme supplémentaires, c'est vraiment une arnaque. 3. Le service était vraiment mauvais. Comme ils ont vu que nous ne parlions pas japonais, presque personne ne s'est occupé de nous. Nous avons même dû demander pour avoir des coupelles pour les sauces. Bien sûr, les ingrédients étaient bons, mais ne vous faites pas avoir sur cette plateforme.
