• For airport pick up, the date selected upon booking should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 Jun, please select 1 Jun)
• For hotel pick up, the date and time provided should be your preferred pick up date and time
• Please let us know if you have any other requirements in the space provided at the checkout page
• This transfer's vehicles are wheelchair-friendly
• The driver can speak basic English only
• When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit their chosen vehicle on the day of pick up
• Child seats are available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4 only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your scheduled pick up
• Please indicate the number of passengers at checkout

• Please note: if you are making a same day booking, please book at least 3 hours before your preferred pick up time

• The standard luggage size is 24in. Luggages with a size of 28in or over will be considered 2 pieces

• Maximum 3 participants and 3 standard luggages

7-Seater MPV (Group of 1-4)

• Maximum 4 participants and 4 standard luggages

12-seater Van (Group of 1-10)

• Maximum 10 participants and 8 standard luggages

Surcharges:

• One child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of THB200 per child seat, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
• Please indicate the number of child seats needed in the space provided at checkout. Kindly note that child seats are not mandatory under Thailand law
