1. Go to the MyVideo official website > Serial Number Redemption. Each account can only be redeemed once. Redemption website: https://www.myvideo.net.tw/SN-exchange
2. Redemption Period: Must be entered and used before 2026.6.30, and cannot be used after the expiration date.
3. The day of serial number redemption is the first day. All categories are available for viewing, except for pay-per-view and Collector's Edition videos.
4. Multiple serial numbers cannot be used to accumulate days. Related regulations are subject to MyVideo's announcement.

【Ticket Notice】

• Single tickets are limited to one person and can only be used once. Parent-child tickets require two people to enter at the same time, and family tickets require four people to enter at the same time. They cannot be used separately.
• Tickets are valuable tickets. Please keep them safe. If they are lost, damaged, punched, altered, stained, photocopied, or torn, they will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced or reissued.
• Children under the age of are admitted free of charge and must present relevant documents. Age is calculated based on actual age on the day of admission. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 or above with a ticket.
• Those who are eligible for free admission should present their documents to the staff for verification before entering the venue. If they do not meet the qualifications, please purchase a ticket according to their identity. Those who meet the discount qualifications (discount tickets, senior/disability tickets) cannot request a partial refund or make up the difference in ticket price after entering the venue.
• In order for service personnel to clearly identify, please ensure that necessary companions of people with disabilities closely follow the person with disabilities when entering the venue.
• Tickets are valid during the exhibition period (until the closing of the exhibition on 2025/10/12. Please refer to the official instructions for the exhibition opening hours). Expired tickets will be deemed invalid. If you need a refund, please complete the procedure at the original ticket purchase channel before the closing of the exhibition on 2025/10/12. Refunds will not be accepted after the deadline. Please refer to the refund regulations of the original ticket purchase channel for the refund procedure. Each ticket will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the actual sales price. Postage and remittance fees incurred due to the refund will be borne by the refund party.
• For those who purchase combo tickets (including parent-child tickets, family tickets, etc.), please note that the combo tickets must be complete and unused before a refund can be made.
• The exhibition venue only accepts refunds for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth. Complete and unused tickets, purchase invoices, and purchase-related proof (such as mobile payment purchase records, etc.) must be attached.

◎Visitor Notice◎

• Exhibition opening hours: Weekdays during non-summer vacation are 09:30-17:00 (last admission and ticket sales at 16:00), and holidays and summer vacation (7/1-8/31) are 09:30-18:00 (last admission and ticket sales at 17:00).
• Visitors must read and sign the admission safety notice before entering the venue.
• The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition hall according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• The exhibition is divided into morning and afternoon sessions. If you have already entered in the morning, you will need to purchase a ticket again to enter in the afternoon. The exhibition hall will be cleared and disinfected regularly from 13:00-13:30 every day. The exhibition hall will inform you of the clearing time in advance. Parents should ensure that their children pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the staff to leave the venue during the clearing period.
• The immersive projection area in the exhibition hall is dark due to the planning needs of the exhibition content. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself, your companions and other visitors. Parents should take responsibility for protecting and supervising children to ensure their safety when visiting the exhibition.
• The exhibition hall provides a space for free play. If malicious damage or theft of exhibits and遊具 is found, the organizer has the right to pursue responsibility.
• Shoes must be removed and cotton socks must be worn to enter some exhibition areas. For hygiene and safety reasons, please bring your own cotton socks or purchase cotton socks on site. Wearing any kind of shoes or going barefoot is prohibited.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, some exhibition areas have time, frequency and number of people restrictions. Please cooperate with the instructions of the on-site service personnel and queue up to enter. If you end the experience or leave midway, please queue up again if you want to interact again.
• In order to maintain the viewing rights of other visitors, the use of flashes, fill lights, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers and other auxiliary equipment is prohibited when taking pictures and videos.
• There are no toilets, drinking fountains or trash cans in the exhibition hall. If you have any needs, please go to the toilets and drinking fountains outside the exhibition hall before entering the exhibition.
• Eating, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food, drinks, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any contraband and other items that the staff deems dangerous into the venue.
• Please follow the relevant visiting regulations and the instructions of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions and do not intend to improve after persuasion, the organizer will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, losses and other disputes, and the organizer has the right to request you to leave the venue without returning or compensating the ticket fee.
• It is forbidden to sell or resell tickets on site. If there is any improper behavior that is not effective after persuasion, you must leave the venue immediately and there shall be no objection, and the ticket fee will not be compensated or refunded.
• There are on-site staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
• If you need to enter the venue again after leaving the venue, please queue up again at the entrance with the bracelet issued upon entry, but it is only limited to entering and exiting the exhibition during the exhibition opening hours and sessions on the same day.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors in the exhibition hall reaches the upper limit, flow control will be implemented. Please cooperate with the instructions of the staff and wait in line at the entrance to enter the venue in order.
• In order to reduce waste of resources, our store does not provide any form of shopping bags (including paper bags and plastic bags) when shopping. Please bring your own shopping bags and do your part for the earth.
