Il n'y avait pas de ramassage le jour même, j'ai donc contacté directement l'entreprise et j'ai été informé que la saison était déjà terminée. La société a déclaré avoir déjà informé Klook de l'annulation, mais Klook n'a pas traité l'annulation même après avoir contacté le service client. Finalement, il a été annulé, mais ils ont dit qu'ils compenseraient dans une certaine mesure avec des coupons ou des points pour le programme gâché ce jour-là, mais il n'y a rien eu. Il ne semble y avoir aucun problème avec l'entreprise et je suis très déçu de la manière dont Klook a géré l'affaire.
Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu participer car il y avait une erreur dans le système de réservation. Par conséquent, je n'évalue pas l'entreprise, mais seulement le service du centre de plongée. Elle a déployé beaucoup d'efforts pour m'aider avec mon remboursement sur plusieurs jours. Ils étaient vraiment sympas.
