Fantastic 淺草 - 東武日光
Purchasing tickets for the Nikko SPACIA X train on Klook is very convenient. If you want to sit in the Friendship Lounge (Car 1), you must book at least one month in advance, even before tickets officially go on sale. Once you successfully purchase your ticket, you will receive the ticket and seat information. There's no need to exchange for a physical ticket; you can simply show the ticket information on your phone when boarding. Of course, you'll need to add the basic train ticket. We recommend purchasing the Nikko Pass at the same time. Remember to exchange for a physical pass at the Tobu Tourist Center in Asakusa, or use an IC card to enter the gate directly. The one-way fare is ¥1400. Passengers can board 20 minutes before the train departs. The car is very spacious, and you can see the driver's cabin. The Friendship Lounge is about 20 yen more expensive than a regular ticket, but cheaper than a luxury seat, and it's well worth it. After departure, you get priority for purchasing drinks and food, and the prices are reasonable. The train makes a few stops and the journey takes 1 hour and 50 minutes, arriving punctually at Nikko Station. During the trip, a man in a conductor's uniform will take photos for passengers as a souvenir and distribute commemorative gifts, making this journey a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Kyoto - Hakata
Our guide Jason is a genuinely a good guide. Strawberry tasting was really nice touch. then on to the Castle and then free time for lunch. then to our final destination, Wisteria park. We were in awe and it was breathtaking. Unfortunately, it was raining all day but it was well worth the trip. Thanks Jason for your knowledge and to Klook for the good choice.

Fantastic 나고야역 - 다카야마
Takayama felt like a place where time flowed slowly. As I walked through the old streets, I could feel my mind naturally settling down. The crisp morning air, the quiet flow of the river, and the warmth of the people—none of it was flashy, but every moment left a gentle, lasting impression on my heart. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to step away from their busy daily life and spend some time rejuvenating themselves. I definitely want to come back again.

Fantastic 出雲市 - 岡山
It was my first time exchanging a ticket for a limited express train, and I was really nervous. I looked at the PDF Klook provided for ticket exchange. When I arrived at the Green Window at Okayama Station, it was actually a large open space. To the right was where people waited to buy Shinkansen tickets from an agent, and to the left were the machines for buying and exchanging limited express train tickets. I used the QR code from Klook to exchange the ticket at the machine. There were station staff nearby who could assist, so I followed Klook's steps one by one to exchange the ticket. After exchanging the Okayama-Izumo ticket, I did it again and got the Izumo-Okayama ticket. When I had both round-trip tickets in hand, a weight was truly lifted off my mind, and a new skill was unlocked.
Convenience of travel: Convenient
Travel experience: Great
Seat arrangement: Excellent

Fantastic Mishima - Kyoto
Smooth experience with the Shikansen from Mishima to Kyoto. However if you want to take the Express Bus from Mt. Fuji to Mishima Station, make sure to reserve your seat at the bus because all were sold out for the whole day 😢 luckily we could share a taxi with a young couple from Norway, who also did not have a seat on the bus, so at least we arrived smooth and on time at the Shikansen Station 🚅

Fantastic Shinagawa Station - Kyoto
Riding the Shinkansen is an experience that perfectly blends speed, comfort, and efficiency, making it one of the highlights of traveling in Japan. The train is impressively punctual, often departing and arriving to the minute, while the ride itself is incredibly smooth—even at speeds exceeding 300 km/h. Seats are spacious, clean, and designed for comfort, with large windows offering scenic views of the countryside, including glimpses of Mount Fuji on certain routes. The onboard atmosphere is quiet and well-maintained, and amenities like bento box meals and attentive service add to the experience. Overall, the Shinkansen isn’t just transportation—it’s a seamless, relaxing, and memorable way to explore Japan.

Fantastic Kanazawa - Tokyo Station
don’t overlook Kanazawa if you’re traveling to Japan! my family opted to visit here of Kyoto for a less crowded experience. 10/10 recommend visiting the Kenrokuen Garden (one of the top 3 gardens in Japan), the Kanazawa Castle, and Nagmachi Samauri District. If you have extra time go by the Omicho market - it’s their famous fish market plus tons of other amazing foods. It won’t disappoint! Some hidden gems my family found - &Cafe CMS (a hole in the wall that serves incredible Japanese pancakes) and Pan’s Brothers (best pastries around the corner from the Samauri district).

Fantastic Tokyo Station - Shin-Osaka Station
First time using Klook and legendary Shinkansen. Only with QR codes given by Klool app, entered the Tokyo station and easily found the train. Sadly because of poor weather, could not see the Mount Fuji view. Next time then.
