Staff was awesome and totally helpful!
Hot springs was GREAT!
7/11 around the corner
And the breakfast was delicious!
I still have the pajamas they offered lol
Although it was 10/20 minutes away by taxi from Dotonbori I still loved my stay!

Room was ok but very dark. Staff were mostly ok but they knocked on my door at a little after 10 and then a guy knocked again and told me it was checkout time. Everyone knows it’s checkout—why harass the guests? Let people enjoy their stay a couple minutes longer.

The rooms were not as small as I was expecting so that's good. I like the managers happy hour every evening, and the Onsen. Staff speak good english, and the location is really close to a Subway

I like the luggage storage. It was so secure and with a camera to see how luggage was deposit.:)
