Room was ok but very dark. Staff were mostly ok but they knocked on my door at a little after 10 and then a guy knocked again and told me it was checkout time. Everyone knows it’s checkout—why harass the guests? Let people enjoy their stay a couple minutes longer.

Loved the common spaces, bath, and self-serve pillows/pajamas/toiletries so unused portions don't go wasted in hotel room.

The rooms were not as small as I was expecting so that's good. I like the managers happy hour every evening, and the Onsen. Staff speak good english, and the location is really close to a Subway
