Everything was incredible! The staff was so kind and helpful. The onsen was a dream come true after a busy 2 week stay in Japan. We loved the hospitality and the closeness to the station allowed us to come and go as we wanted. Great place to stay in Osaka!

The room was very spacious. Unfortunately we did not eat at the hotel restaurant nor did we get a chance to use the spa.

Breakfast has many varieties and very delicious. I really enjoyed the hot spring and massage chair after doing a lot of walking. The popsicle treat after hot spring is a plus.

The room and housekeeping staff were excellent. I did put in special request for a late check out if can be considered. The request was not addressed. On the day when I was checking out I asked if I could check out at 12 midday I was told I need yo pay ¥10,000. I didnt want to pay so I rushed to check out but was 15 mins after 11am. The lady at reception scolded me as soon as I handed my room card to her saying no more next time. After a good 6 nights staying at the hotel I didnt expect this. Simply sharing my experience. Thank you!

国内出張はほぼドーミーインと決めていて良く利用させてもらっています。今回の北浜は少し建物自体が古いのか、少し清潔感には欠けるが我慢できない程ではないです。全部で６泊したのですが、朝食はほぼ同じメニューが続きます。でもとても美味しいです。あとフロントで対応してくれた男性スタッフが、その後、大浴場で、お風呂やサウナを満喫してて、良い職場だなと思いました。

Fantastinen We liked the location, very close to train station. The onsen was slightly disappointing after being at a larger Dormy Inn in Kyoto. Very large room for Japan and the shower had amazing water pressure.

This hotel was very clean, a the staff were very professional. This is in the business district, so the surrounding area was very clean and safe. The onsite onsen was amazing. The complimentary ramen at night was a nice bonus. The breakfast you can purchase was very delicious. Just a few stops away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori but way cleaner and quieter. Walking to Osaka Castle was a nice stroll.
