Great location right next to the train station. There is a Family Mart on the second floor of the hotel and a 7 Eleven right around the corner which we utilized often. They do have a restaurant and coffee bar on site. The area was walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby. We enjoyed the hot baths almost every night after a long day of shopping and exploring. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was overall a pleasant stay.

Very well situated above local metro. Room on small side but clean well maintained, and stocked with bathroom products. Staff were always helpfull when needed.

Surprising that if you wanted to use the pool you have to pay but the Onsen was included. For Western culture travelers with kids/teenagers we would have prefer to have the free access to the pool. Hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly but not sure if it was the language barriers that make the process of things slow. Over all I would recommend the hotel.

Location is in a business district with good access to the train line. Hotel requires that the room is cleaned every 3 days which could be inconvenient if you have a long stay.

The hotel was too busy and the Lobby was always crowded. The room is too small for a double twin beds room and there isn’t a safety box in our room.. The breakfast was over priced and there are no compliments such as free juice, coffee or tea during the day. The location is quite convenient.
