Lovely hotel with great amenities

Excellent, wonderful services and amenities on the regular and executive floor. Concierge was extremely helpful as. Room was beautiful. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was too good. The space was clean and the best staff. Thank you all so much for my stay in Osaka. Location was also very perfect.

Laundry available on most floors. Staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to help out with your trip and planning to/from airports, etc.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Very clean.

The room itself was very small, but understandable for Japanese standards. The cleanliness was fine however, the beds were terrible. We spent three nights there and woke up with back pain. They were very very uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. I did not pay for breakfast for the three nights that we were there however, on the last morning, I went down to get breakfast for myself and forgot my room key. He asked me for my room key 3×3 times I told him I did not have it and handed him my credit card. He told me twice that I did not pay for breakfast and I told him that I understood however I am presenting him with a credit card which means I want to pay for breakfast right now. Not a good look . Itmade me feel awkward. I had people staring at me because I was supposedly holding up the line and the breakfast did not have a wide variety. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not.

Beautiful property and amazing views, nice location away from the hustle & bustle. Only con would be the advertised French restaurant on-site, the prices were expensive and buffet was sub par. We were celebrating a 75th birthday and it just did not meet expectations.
