Every time I return to Japan for a temporary visit, I always go there. It's directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, so I can walk there right after arriving. It's also convenient when returning to Taiwan, as I can relax at the hotel until the last minute. The hot springs and bedrock baths are great for unwinding after work and returning to the hotel. There are many restaurants within the facility, so I can try a different one each day, which is great for enjoying various foods during my temporary stay in Japan.

Fast and simple check in & out procedures. Clean and tidy room. Excellent location with direct shuttle bus to Haneda Airport. Will book again in next visit.

It's easy to get there; it's a 15-minute walk to Tamachi Station. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with no entertainment venues. The room looks exactly as pictured.

Due to a flight delay, I arrived after the last train, leaving me with only five hours until my shift the next day. With no other choice, and only the executive floor available, I made a last-minute reservation and stayed. It seemed a welcome drink was included, but the lounge was closed late at night, and when I went the next morning, there was a great selection of alcoholic beverages which unfortunately I couldn't order before work. Due to the age of the building, some stains were noticeable, and the cleaning didn't feel entirely thorough, though it didn't bother me much this time since I was just sleeping. The room had the typical cramped feel of an airport-connected hotel, but ingenuity was used to make the space feel larger by adding vertical height. It was nice that amenities were easy to request and delivered by a robot, and since check-in was self-service, there was no wait. Considering the space, the breakfast offered a wide variety of items packed closely together!

The hotel's surroundings are incredibly convenient. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the JR station. There's a Lawson convenience store right outside, perfect for grabbing late-night snacks every day. Next door, you'll find a restaurant, a Daiso, a pharmacy, and a supermarket that's open until 11:00 PM, which is super convenient.

Approximately 3 minutes from JR Gotanda Station, with a Tokyu Supermarket, Uniqlo, and Muji just 1 minute away, making shopping very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a happy hour, coffee machine, and a large public bath. It's worth revisiting. Breakfast is primarily Italian style, and one day is enough.

The staff is courteous, and the services and cleanliness are excellent. Breakfast is good, but could be improved in terms of variety and quantity.

Very small rooms at the expense of a large shower cabin, sink, and hallway. Breakfasts were very good and varied. Clean. Far from everything.

Excellent Overall. Amazing view from the 19th floor. The Room was very clean and spacious. Fridge and Microwave in the room. Feet Massage machine was unexpected but nice after walking all day. Great amenities and services from the staff.
