Ihana päiväretki. Pitkä päivä matka-ajan vuoksi sinne ja takaisin, mutta oli sen arvoista. Mukava opas, kuljetus hienosti järjestetty ja mukava. Vene oli huippu lounaineen, melontoineen, uinteineen ja upeine maisemineen. Myös golfautolla saaren läpi luolalle ja museoon ajaminen oli erittäin mukavaa. Oli miellyttävää, että retki oli pienimuotoinen eikä mikään megaturistinen.

Erityiskiitos oppaallemme Tunalle, joka oli aina huomaavainen, ystävällinen ja informatiivinen koko matkan ajan. Arvostimme todella sitä, kuinka hyvin hän huolehti kaikista ja teki retkestä entistäkin nautinnollisemman. Risteily itsessään oli huippuluokkaa. Lan Ha Bay oli aivan upea, ja pidimme siitä, että siellä oli vähemmän turisteja ja rauhallisempi ilmapiiri. Kaksi uima-allasta olivat plussaa, ja buffet oli uskomattoman herkullinen, ja valinnanvaraa oli paljon. Nautimme myös auringonlaskujuhlista canapéiden kera, mikä oli ihana yksityiskohta. Retkeen sisältyi paljon: pyöräilyä tai kalakylpylä kylässä, melontaa, uintia ja runsaasti aikaa nauttia kauniista maisemista. Kaikki oli hyvin järjestettyä ja todella matkan ja rahan arvoista. Kaiken kaikkiaan meillä oli upea kokemus. Jos vierailet Lan Ha Baylla, suosittelemme lämpimästi Serenity Grand Cruisea!

For those of you who are considering a Lan Ha Bay tour, I'd like to share some helpful information! Our itinerary was: hotel pickup -> transfer to the pier -> cruise boarding -> kayaking/swimming -> lunch -> visit to Viet Hai village (doctor fish) -> return to the pier -> hotel drop-off. (Once you board the cruise, an English-speaking guide will explain the itinerary.) For those staying on Cat Ba Island, this is a great way to spend a productive half-day at a low cost. 1) Most of the guests are Vietnamese, but the English-speaking guide makes sure that no one feels left out. 2) Compared to other cruises, the quality is very good, and there's less boat vibration, making it more comfortable. 3) Lunch is buffet-style, and the quality is surprisingly good. 4) There's absolutely no pressure for tips or shopping, so you can just relax and enjoy your day~ Here are a few tips, haha: - It's not primarily for water activities, and the water isn't clear, so snorkeling is practically impossible. It's more for just getting in the water, haha. - Since it's mostly Vietnamese guests, it might feel a bit unfamiliar (frequent smoking on deck, chaotic meal times lol). - It's a different experience from tours arranged by Koreans, which are usually well-developed for tourism, but it's still a decent way to spend a day!

The cruise was very relaxing, the food was very very good. It was flavourful and the portion sizes were perfect. The crew was top notch (shoutout to Lam and Duy) on Skyway and our tour guide Thai was awesome! The itenerary was packed but it never felt rushed. The staff organised with my friends to have a birthday cake for me after dinner (which we had our spring rolls that we made ourselves cooked by the chef)! If another chance arises, we will definitely be booking with Skyway Cruise again! value for money: 5/5 itinerary: 5/5 service: 5/5

This was a wonderful experience! we stayed one night on a boat in Ha Long Bay and second night in a hotel on Cat Ba island. Everything about this tour was great and we particularly appreciated the professionalism of the staff and guides who supported the entire experience. Our top favorite was visiting the National Park on Cat Ba island and we deeply appreciated meeting our park guide Mr Binh who was great. We highly recommend this tour!

Amazing views, wonderful staff and fun activities! Never a full moment and felt very well tended to!

Total of 26 people on the tour. I was the only Korean person. It was a 3-story, high-end cruise ship with a small pool inside, and simple food was provided. You could see several islands, and the sunset was beautiful. We had a short time to enjoy swimming and canoeing. We also visited a local village, and it was a great value-for-money tour. One minor disappointment was that the canoe experience was advertised as included in the tour price, but there was an additional charge (150,000-200,000 VND).
