The tour was very well organized with sufficient information being provided by our host Binh from time to time who is a great tour guide, an enthusiastic photographer and also pretty hilarious. The entire day was well planned and executed in a punctual manner. On the cruise, I loved the hospitality offered by staff, wide selection of food options, evening snacks and tea. Activities such as Kayaking, swimming, cycling etc also added to our pleasant experience.

The hotel pickup and drop-off service was very convenient, and the scenery of Lan Ha Bay was amazing. It was great to have some simple fruit provided after kayaking and swimming.

The cruise was very relaxing, the food was very very good. It was flavourful and the portion sizes were perfect. The crew was top notch (shoutout to Lam and Duy) on Skyway and our tour guide Thai was awesome! The itenerary was packed but it never felt rushed. The staff organised with my friends to have a birthday cake for me after dinner (which we had our spring rolls that we made ourselves cooked by the chef)! If another chance arises, we will definitely be booking with Skyway Cruise again! value for money: 5/5 itinerary: 5/5 service: 5/5

Celina-risteily oli aivan uskomaton kokemus. Upeiden ja tahrattomien huoneiden sekä poikkeuksellisen ruoan ja palvelun ansiosta ymmärrämme, miksi tämä risteily on yksi Ha Long Bayn parhaista. Vaikka se oli hieman kallis, uskomattoman mukava sänky ja upeat näkymät korvasivat sen. Uima-allas oli täydellisen lämpöinen kauniilla näköalalla, ja ensimmäisen päivän aktiviteetit olivat mahtavia. Vaikka toisen päivän aamuaktiviteetit peruttiin ukkosmyrskyn vuoksi, risteily oli silti täydellinen kokemus lyömättömän vieraanvaraisuuden ja upean henkilökunnan ansiosta. Erityismaininta Felixille, Phuong Anhille ja Ronaldille heidän poikkeuksellisesta palvelustaan ja siitä, että he ylittivät aina odotuksemme. Toivottavasti palaamme pian!

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

My wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and I came from Japan. The result was an unforgettable experience. We departed from Hanoi. On April 29th, 2026, the highway was heavily congested, taking 4 hours instead of the usual 2.5 hours. However, the driver remained calm and safely delivered us. The rest of the schedule went very smoothly. We were worried because we hardly speak any English. After boarding, the kind staff provided excellent support. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful experience with both meals and activities. I think the difference between the Ambassador and many other ships lies in its elegance and stylish design. The staff wear black uniforms, creating a chic atmosphere. The rooms also had a calming interior, allowing us to relax. And, I prefer the Long Ha Bay route to Ha Long Bay because it's quieter. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff, especially Huong Butler, for their kindness. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Nice guide, shared some facts about the local culture and island as well. Kayaking activity was great, not too crowded, also the biking on the island was fun with even more activities. Food was delicious. Only 8 rooms on the boat, friendly atmosphere. The downside is the logistics when docking and no clear communication about the timing nor about safety procedures. Also the transfer to the boat is a hassle which is not really the company's fault. Just take into consideration that the bus takes 3 hours then half an hour waiting for the ferry then again 40 mins on the ferry and then another hour to the main dock then approx another 45mins to get to the boat itself with your luggage. So you start the journey at 6:50 and get to your room on the boat around 13:00. Otherwise the itinerary and the adventure is great.

Risteily oli erittäin hyvä. He juhlistivat vuosipäiväämme ja antoivat meille hääsviitin. Isäntämme Hulk oli erittäin hyvä. Hän oli kohtelias, kunnioittava ja teki vuosipäivästämme ikimuistoisen. Tätä risteilyä suositellaan erittäin lämpimästi!

very nice experience with variety of activities. cruise staff were very friendly. room AC was not functioning properly and staff provided alternative solution immediately. pool was smaller than expected and pool deck surface was quite slippery. perhaps anti-slip measures to be provided. overall arrangement was very good. cruise served both 3d2n and 2d1n travellers. personally I liked 3d2n as not too rush and more relaxing. The Vietnam village tour was not very interesting as not much too see.
