Fantastic Kota Kinabalu City Tour! The tour company contacted us clearly via WhatsApp in advance, so everything was easy and stress-free. Our guide, Ms. Yee, was incredibly friendly and cheerful! Although our English is not perfect, she used a translation app, gestures, and lots of smiles to communicate with us. My wife and I had such a fun time thanks to her! Our driver, Mr. Max, was also very professional, with safe and smooth driving throughout the tour. The tour is short but covers the major landmarks of Kota Kinabalu efficiently. A perfect introduction to the city and highly recommended for first-time visitors! Thank you, Ms. Yee and Mr. Max! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Olimme noin 20–30 hengen ryhmässä, ja meitä japanilaisia oli vain kaksi. Suurin osa osallistujista oli kiinalaisia, ja kiertue oli periaatteessa kiinaksi, mutta opas selitti meille kaiken englanniksi ja piti meistä jatkuvasti huolta. Matka saarelle kesti hieman yli tunnin nopealla risteilyaluksella. Se oli uskomattoman nopea ja heilui melkoisesti! 😂 Mutta koska laiva oli niin nopea, ei ollut edes aikaa tulla merisairaaksi nauraen. Laivalla oppaat soittivat musiikkia ja pitivät tunnelmaa yllä, joten matka-aikakin oli hauskaa. Saaren tilat olivat uudet ja puhtaat. WC:t, suihkutilat ja jopa hiustenkuivaajat olivat saatavilla, joten viihdyimme mukavasti. Ennen snorklausta oli turvallisuusohjeistus, ja meille kahdelle henkilökunta selitti asiat henkilökohtaisesti näyttäen meille japaniksi käännettyjä varoituksia. He varmistivat jatkuvasti, että ymmärsimme kaiken, ja tunsimme, että turvallisuuteen oli kiinnitetty erittäin paljon huomiota. Snorklauksessa menimme laivalla kahteen paikkaan. Our tour guide this time was Little Bear 🐻, along with many enthusiastic crew members. The boat was in excellent condition—new and very clean. Both the upper and lower decks were great for taking photos, and you could move around freely. First, the yacht departed for the water club to drop off our belongings. Then, a speedboat took everyone to Saphi Island for about 30 minutes to wade in the water and take pictures. Afterward, we returned to the water club to enjoy the slide, snorkeling, and SUP (these three activities were free). Staff members were present throughout, ensuring safety. If you purchased other water activities, you would be taken to a more distant location to enjoy them. For lunch, there was a simple buffet. I think it's a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

Itinerary: The length was just right. Safety: Very safe. Scenery: Diverse, and we even saw the Rafflesia flower, enjoyed fish spa by the lake, and tasted wild boar meat. It was very interesting and unforgettable. Facilities provided: ATV and skydiving safety measures were excellent, making it very fun and exciting. A fulfilling day with a packed schedule. Tour Guide: Xiao Mei was professional, attentive, and patient, following up throughout the trip and being very thoughtful. Lunch: Freshly cooked and delicious, with cold drinks and fresh fruit. Very good. The day before departure, all important information was sent via WhatsApp, which was very thoughtful. It was a great travel experience. The one-day Mount Kinabalu tour includes a variety of activities and is a must-do for anyone visiting Sabah. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver during our half day kk city tour trip. Driver Mr Mok was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire journey. He put a lot of effort into recommending suitable attractions and made sure we could enjoy the trip without feeling rushed. He was also very patient and thoughtful, always willing to help us take photos and even suggested good photo spots and angles. What we appreciated most was his excellent service and genuine care. He was not just a driver, but also made the whole trip feel more enjoyable and comfortable with his helpful recommendations and assistance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and dedicated driver in Sabah. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one!

We were able to experience the lifestyles and food of each tribe. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and he shared various stories about Sabah during our travels, so we weren't bored at all.

Overall, had a great day snorkeling at 3 different spots. Managed to see some nemo fishes!! Expect that there will be some wait time in the morning before getting onto the boats. But every other time when the boat picks us up after the snorkeling/diving sessions, it’s a very easy process to follow. We had Chong as our snorkeling guide who was very helpful to point out where certain fishes are so we were able to catch a glimpse of the sea creatures and enjoy our time more. The lunch provided was simple but pretty good — had the mushroom and chicken rice. I can’t remember the other driving guide and boat driver’s name but they were great too. Thank you to this team:)
