The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a prime location in Ayala that makes everything easily accessible. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu, and there’s a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or running. A 7‑Eleven right beside the hotel adds extra convenience. I tried their in‑room dining service and was pleasantly surprised—the food was both affordable and delicious. I also appreciated the free water refilling stations available on every floor. The staff and management were very accommodating and understanding, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Cebu.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right in the city center and conveniently close to hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and other establishments. It’s very accessible and makes getting around so easy. The food was also good, and the overall experience was pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great location and convenient access to everything!

Great hotel with very friendly staff, convenient parking, and an accessible location! Special thanks to the staff for being so understanding when my daughter accidentally broke a dental glass—they were kind enough not to deduct anything from our security deposit. So thankful for their wonderful service!

it was an amazing stay, wifi is manageable, the place is near everything and it’s really clean. one thing to point is the place is too small and there was once when we requested a housekeeping that they didn’t came, but only 1 time other days they did a daily housekeeping. no fridge for long stays

I had great time Staying at waterfront, the staff are very friendly, they have good breakfast and amazing services. I celebrated my birthday in the hotel and i have a great time.

The place was really nice and the breakfast buffet is with a good selection. rooftop bar is the best for sunset!❤️

Affordable…but the stay the experience is more than what we pay. The staff are considerate. The aircon is supercold which is to our liking.
