1I had a wonderful experience staying at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong. The service was exceptional, and the staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
A special touch that meant a lot to us was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for my mother. The birthday cake and personalized message were greatly appreciated and made her celebration even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service and for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one.

I loved our stay here!!! it was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise to walk 1.3km from the market to the hotel and be presented with a very beautiful view.

空港直結で部屋も清潔で良かったのですが、残念な点はバストイレの仕切りが小さく、シャワーする際気をつけないと床面に水が飛びます。
