The sauna, steam room, and dry sauna provided by the hotel are very comfortable. Guests staying in the basic room types don't have bathtubs in their rooms, but they can just come here to soak. You can take your room card to the front desk on the 1st floor to exchange it for an access card to the 3rd floor. After soaking in the hot springs, you can head straight down to the 2nd floor to enjoy a simple cup of coffee. Highly recommended!

We were very lucky to get a room upgrade upon check-in, thanks to the front desk staff. The hotel facilities include a nude hot spring sauna, which was not crowded, making for a very comfortable experience. Breakfast was also plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Overall, it was a good stay.

A great value accommodation choice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel features fitness equipment, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and other family-friendly facilities. The 24-hour beverage and snack bar is also a thoughtful touch. This is already our fifth time staying at this hotel with our family, and what draws our family back even more is coming here to see the hotel's Shiba Inu family ❤️

We received a VIP hospitality voucher worth 200 yuan, which can be exchanged for drinks and alcoholic beverages. The gym offers many options, and the breakfast selection is extensive and very satisfying. The mini-fridge also included complimentary sodas. Overall, it was quite good, though the room felt a bit dated. There aren't many snack shops nearby.

The overall stay was quite pleasant. The room is quite spacious, and the environment is comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and parking is also easy. All in all, it is a solid, standard choice suitable for business trips or short stays.

The room is very close to the airport MRT, and even with the windows closed, there's a noticeable vibration from the passing trains. You'll definitely feel it when the MRT is operating. The hotel's gym facilities are well-maintained. It's great that the room has a bathtub for soaking.
