Our ski instructor today was SHI! The instruction was very detailed, and they precisely identified areas for improvement, allowing for quick corrections! From the simplest wedge turns to S-turns, the teaching was very smooth! If I have another chance to refine my technique, I would definitely want to request this instructor! You won't regret it!

Se oli hyvin suunniteltu ja kaikki sujui ongelmitta. Opas oli ystävällinen ja antoi paljon tietoa matkan aikana. Otarussa oli riittävästi aikaa, mutta Moiwa-vuorella ei ollut tarpeeksi aikaa nähdä kaupungin valaistusta. Kohokohtia minulle olivat Otaru ja Jozankei!

Niin suloinen kohtaaminen pienten possujen kanssa! Tunnelma oli upea, ja sijainti on kätevä, koska se on ostoskeskuksen sisällä. Voit myös kävellä ympäriinsä ja tutustua alueeseen jälkeenpäin.

The staff are so friendly and you feel like your a VIP, cause they will treat you with extra care and they won't leave you until you go home. Definitely a place to recommend ❤️

Such a fun trip to Teine! It was a new experience for most of us, and our coach explained everything really well, especially for beginners. The lesson was super helpful, definitely enough to get started and makes me want to try snowboarding again next winter.

I requested a change of date due to my trip schedule change 2 days before the trip. managed to secure a change. good experience. however, the coach has different treatment against me and my friend in the afternoon session due to we picked up a bit slow in the morning. she skipped us for a few techniques and asked us to go down ourselves. luckily we managed to pick up the basic skills after the first slope. overall, the coach should be more patient, and teach all the members regardless the progress.

Very exciting and fun experience. Our coach is very friendly and supportive! Even took a lot nice pictures and videos for us. The unlimited Gengkis Khan BBQ is a great experience too.

The local travel agency can communicate in Chinese and English via WhatsApp and WeChat. If Klook is out of tickets, you can also inquire with them. The local reception service is good, but they primarily communicate in Japanese with a little English.

We enjoyed the tpur and attractions. It was easy to redeem the voucher. Meet up location is easy to find.
