We had a wonderful experience exploring Alishan with our tour guide, Alicia! She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire trip enjoyable and memorable. She explained the local culture and history clearly, took great care of everyone, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Her enthusiasm and thoughtful arrangements really made a difference. We truly appreciated her excellent service and would highly recommend Alicia to anyone visiting Alishan. We went during a long holiday. After driving there, someone guided us to a large parking lot under the bridge (though it's a bit prone to dust and sand). After crossing the bridge, you arrive at the animal school. The environment is very clean. When the weather is hot, the dining seating area has water mist sprayers and several large electric fans going, so it doesn't feel overly hot. It's quite comfortable. You can sit in the seating area and watch the kids play on the slide (they provide free helmets and protective gear, and just letting the kids play there can keep them occupied for an hour 🤣). There aren't a huge number of animals in the park, but the grounds are quite large and have a very natural, rustic feel, making it feel like a great hike in the mountains. There are still plenty of places to interact with the animals, such as feeding the capybaras, watching the foxes and meerkats, and feeding the horses. Overall, I highly recommend it because the environment is really spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is also a shuttle bus ($20 one-way, free on weekdays), a splash pad for playing in the water, very friendly staff, convenient parking, and plenty of restrooms that are relatively clean. Therefore, if you have children, it is recommended to stay for three to four hours or more (including interactive animal experiences and playing on the slide). The only downside is that the food inside the park is quite expensive, and during the long holiday, the wait was very long (at the small food stand near the slide area, the food took almost an hour). However, there are vending machines available in the park as well.

Highly recommend this museum for just about anyone. Great price for adults and free for seniors (65+) and elementary school kids. There are six floors of interactive exhibits for all ages AND virtually all of them are also in English. The IMAX film (~17 minutes) was also great! I went on a Tuesday with half of the elementary schools in the city so just a heads up as there were kids everywhere (loud and running around). Eat before or after as not many options and not good. Could easily spend all day there. Water refills stations and bathrooms throughout and exhibits were well done.

I was worried the amusement park would be closed due to the approaching typhoon, but when we came to Suzuka Circuit Park yesterday, the weather was great and there weren't many people, probably because it was a Thursday. Our whole family bought one-day passes, and we got to ride every attraction many times without long waits. It was truly worth the price! I ordered a 1+1 ticket package online through Klook for 980 NTD, and the second set was even more discounted, costing only 900 NTD after an 80 NTD reduction. That saved us a lot compared to buying tickets at the gate!

Simple and convenient to use, ready to use upon booking, and the platform offers great discounts—it is simply perfect! I am so happy to have such a user-friendly platform. It is so straightforward; without having to wait in crowded lines or spend extra time and money, I can enjoy equivalent discounts. I can only say it is truly amazing! I have to give it 5-stars based on value for your money. Seniors (65+) and primary school kids are free, and adults are less than $2! I paid extra for the little zoo tram as it was crazy hot, hundreds of school kids, and the monkeys are no joke! stole a water bottle right out of a boy’s hand in a big school group (ran off with it)! The best part was the water area, like a splash pad. Although older and rundown, it did the job of cooling us off. There’s 3 areas, with rain water coming from above, and two shallow areas maybe 1-4 inches of water. Animals weren’t too active due to heat/sun. Don’t recommend eating here as not many options, nor good quality.

If you have the money, I highly recommend this experience. If you have two people, it’s much cheaper as well (it was just me though). I’ve done this in Taipei and at EuropaPark theme park in Germany so it was cool to see the history of this this experience originated. Staff are friendly and speak English. Recommend using Klook and must book at least one day in advance (earlier spots are less busy). It’s a little out there location wise but I eventually found it.
