臨時前一天才想到要預訂，早上預訂後很快就收到郵件通知，隔天10點前放置在大廳跟飯店人員說一下即可，就算語言不通，通知上也有翻譯好的可以直接給櫃檯看，然後就不用管了輕輕鬆鬆繼續行程或是搭車到機場，不需要大包小包的擠電車、找電梯，行李運送途中也都會有郵件通知進度，讓人很安心，行李領取位置也很方便，就機場地鐵出來附近而已

雪が少し積もった日だったので不安でしたが、時間通りに仁川空港第1ターミナルに届けたとメールがきました。足元が悪いのに時間通りで凄いと思いました。私がなかなか事務所の場所が分からず、券売機の方にお伺いして荷物受け取りました。事務所の場所は文章で説明は書いてありましたが、実際行くと見つけられなかったので、わかりやすく大きく地図を載せてたらいいなと思いました。事務所の女性は感じがよく、笑顔で見送っていただきました。また次回韓国へ行った時はまた御社を利用したいと思います。この度はありがとうございました。

I had booked this service to send my luggage from my hotel to Incheon Airport and they were super responsive on whatsapp, they confirmed the service, pickup and drop off to the airport. answered all my questions and were super friendly at pickup. Highly recommend their service to anyone who doesn’t want to lug their giant suitcases through the subway system getting to your hotel or to the airport. So worth it, you won’t regret using their service.

Very handy service for delivering your luggages directly to the hotel so that I didn’t have to worry about navigating public transport with them. Very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp to send the pictures of the luggages. Highly recommended!

It was super easy and convenient to book this service. They confirmed quickly, and they had a lot of different hotels that were part of their pickup service. The luggage was picked up on within the time they told - and it was dropped off and ready right at 3:00 in Incheon airport. The pickup location in Incheon was very easy to find. 口コミで「荷物が配送されなかった」というのを何件か見かけたのでとても心配でしたが、問題なく配送してもらえました。お陰で出国まで重たい荷物を持ち歩かなくて済みました。国内線だけでなく、国際線でもピックアップできたら、シャトルバスに乗らなくて良いのでなお良いと思います。

My flight arrived early in the morning at 5:40 am, so I decided to use the luggage delivery service while I explored Seoul. A day before my flight, Zimcarry personnel had messaged me to confirm my hotel location and sent me an email with my booking number. I booked the Zimcarry service, which is located in the Incheon airport terminal 1, B1 of the railway. The service opens at 7 am which was convenient because by the time I finished processing with the Korea Immigration Service, exchanging some cash, and getting an eSIM, it was already 7 am. When I arrived at the Zimcarry location, the receptionist had my information ready. They also provided a link for me to upload a photo of my luggage before and after delivery. I’m glad I used this service because I saw many people struggling to carry their luggage bags in the city. There was a bit of a delay in delivery due to weekend traffic, but the hotel receptionist received my luggage by the time I returned from dinner.
