The rickshaw tour was fantastic! The drivers were strong, fit, and made the ride feel effortless as we explored Otaru. They shared great stories about the city’s history, from its canal origins to its unique architecture. It was an awesome way to learn about the area while enjoying the sights! Highly recommend this experience!

We had Toshi and Kota as our drivers/ guides and they were wonderful. Very friendly, takes solid pictures and gave us a good run down about Otaru as we toured the city.

Highly recommend the 1-hour tour! They’ll take you to the real canal and show you Otaru’s hidden gems. It’s a fantastic way to experience the city’s charm up close!

Enthusiatic boys who were doing their best to communicate in our native language. We were late as we drove from Niseko in heavy snow fall but they were understanding of the circumstances.

Our ride was at 3.30pm so it was just nice before sunset. The tour guide who have brown eyes was Yoshita (I think). He was super friendly and lots of laughter. Speaks good English and very energetic. Gave us great info the history of Otaru.

Highly recommended! Tour was really fun and our rickshaw tour guide was amazing! He was friendly, professional and speaks good English! We managed to learn a lot about his hometown Otaru. He also helped to take a lot of nice pictures of us!

They are really experience. Will bring us to many transport cannot excess place, keep explain to us all the history view in English. When come to some nice view, will help us take a lot of nice photo. A must try when you come to Otaru.
