How can I change or cancel booking?

Cancel: Open Klook app. Go to Account > Bookings, select your booking, then tap Refund. If your ticket is already being issued, cancellation fee may apply.

Each operator has different cancellation deadline, usually between 10 minutes and 1 hour before departure. After that, you can't cancel. Check the cancellation policy in booking details.

Change: Bookings can't be changed directly. Cancel your original booking and make a new one. Cancellation fee may apply.
