How can I pick up my ticket? Do I need to print anything?

After payment, your e-ticket will appear in Bookings and in your email. Show it to the driver or staff when you board. You don't need to pick up a physical ticket. A few operators do ask for printed vouchers. Check this info from your booking details in advance.
