When should I arrive? What should I do if I miss my bus?

We will provide you boarding guide and tips to ensure you arrive at the correct location. Arrive at your boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. Buses leave on time and won't wait for late passengers. If you miss your bus, it counts as a no-show, and your ticket will be non-refundable.
