Just a 30-second walk to Nankai Namba. It was incredibly convenient for traveling to and from the airport. Housekeeping was provided once every three days, so I received it on the last day of my three-night stay. Otherwise, if you leave used towels and trash cans outside the door, they will be replaced. The location is unbeatable: Namba City and Namba Parks are right around the corner, Don Quijote is a 5-minute walk, and Dotonbori's main street is 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

we stayed on the 27th floor and the view from there were great! also the private lounge was amazing: morning, tea and cocktail time. we also had the buffet breakfast in the morning and they literally har everything you could ask for!

I spent my second trip at this beautiful hotel. This visit was also met with kind service from the staff~ I checked in at the reception with a Korean staff member, and I'll just say no comment about the hotel's regulations, the high-floor room assignment, and the things they took care of~~ They were considerate of the guest's perspective as much as possible, and I am so satisfied that I thank them again^^ I think Candeo Hotels The Tower is not stuffy, and the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, luxurious design, comfortable bedding, and cleanliness as its strengths. I couldn't request housekeeping the next day, so I only asked for the necessary amenities, but they cleaned the whole room and I thank the staff. I was assigned a high-floor room and could see the wonderful night view of Osaka, and during the day I could see the Dojima River and the surrounding city center. The 31st floor has a sauna, hot spring, lounge, and fitness facilities, and the cool water you drink at the entrance after using the sauna is also amazing~ All the necessary facilities are well equipped. The 17th floor has a reception and a restaurant lounge where you can eat breakfast, and I accidentally saw it while passing by, and the staff's meticulous management stood out in every corner of the hotel. The location is a 5-minute walk from the north exit of the stop station (Yodoyabashi Station) if you use the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, and a 15-minute walk from JR Osaka Station if you use the JR~ Accessibility is not bad and I was satisfied that the area around the hotel was quiet. The location was excellent, and the limousine service made the short distance even more convenient. The cleanliness and room condition were impeccable. On the last day of our stay, there was an incident where all guests had to evacuate barefoot at 6 AM due to a fire, but the hotel staff's quick response handled it well. Facilities: There are cases where the card key is not recognized at the 17th-floor public bath. This mainly occurs when you receive two card keys for one room. I had a great stay at Hotel Forza Osaka Namba. The location is unbeatable — Dotonbori is literally right outside, so you’re steps from food, shopping, and attractions.
The freebies were a big plus: a coffee and water machine, plus unlimited toiletries. The lobby felt cozy, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in and after checkout, with attendants keeping everything secure. Early check-in at 2 PM and 11 AM checkout were also convenient.
The room was spacious with a nice sitting area and table for meals. Downsides: the bathtub is small for bigger guests, and the toilet is very close to the sink. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Had a very good stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. They were kind enough to allow early check-in when rooms were available, so there was no need to wait until the official 3pm check-in time, which we really appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall stay was excellent. We also appreciated that the hotel provides umbrella rental, which was very convenient and thoughtful during our trip.
I would also like to specially compliment one of the male staff members who assisted us on 5 June 2026 at around 1:30pm. I was staying in Room 801, so I hope the management will be able to identify him. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
An excellent place to stay. I will definitely come back to Cross Hotel Osaka when I visit Osaka again.
