The three-star rating for transportation is for the service from the hotel to the tour bus; everything else can only be given a minimum of one star. First, most of the trip was spent on transportation, with less than an hour at each attraction, including time for lunch. Second, although the guide was very diligent in explaining things throughout the bus ride, most of it was in Spanish with only a little English. I suggest using headphones so passengers can choose what they listen to. Third, the boat trip to Sa Calobra only leads to a small pebble beach where there's nothing to do but swim. Finally, on the return journey, the large tour bus navigated winding, narrow mountain roads for at least 30 minutes to see the gorge. I recommend that the itinerary clearly state this so that people prone to motion sickness can consider and prepare. Bus seating was also not pre-arranged, leading to chaos with a first-come, first-served system. The only commendable aspect was the group's arrangement for the small train, avoiding the rush to board with other tourists. Overall, I suggest reducing the number of attractions, increasing the time spent at each attraction, and decreasing travel time.
