Had a wonderful day trip to Biei and Furano! 🍂🇯🇵 Big thanks to Lucy for the great tour arrangements and friendly service, and to the drivers for being punctual, professional and driving safely. Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

experienced snow for october. and the temperature dropped 1.5 degrees, layered clothing is advisable. easy to find both the tour guide and bus. cissy can speak 3 languages 🫡English, Mandarin, and Japanese. our driver was fantastic. the places are awesome when covered with snow. to be better -a little information such as feeding time of the animals can be added

A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

The tour was excellent and the best thing is our tour guide, Andy was able to escape us from long queue on lunch and other attractions because his timing was perfect. The places we visited are all beautiful adding in that the sky was clear. VERY WELL RECOMMENDED to do while you are in Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The one-day tour itinerary is very well-planned, starting with the zoo and then heading south to check out various attractions along the way. The water at Shirahane Pond makes for great photos, and a 20-minute stop is plenty of time without lingering long enough to cause visual fatigue.

An unforgettable trip! Our guide Hong was incredibly knowledgeable about Hokkaido and Ainu culture, and his multilingual skills were impressive. The itinerary was seamless and well-organized. The Blue Pond, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Farm Tomita were absolute highlights. Highly recommended!

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!
