Cosas que hacer en Jardines de koalas de Kuranda

Tuve una visita fantástica a los Jardines de Koalas de Kuranda. Fue una experiencia única ver koalas y otros animales nativos australianos de cerca. El personal fue amable y conocedor, proporcionando datos interesantes sobre los animales y sus hábitats naturales. El parque está bien mantenido y ofrece un ambiente relajante para disfrutar de la vida silvestre. Me encantó especialmente la oportunidad de tomar fotos con los koalas y observarlos en su entorno natural. Es un lugar ideal para familias, amantes de los animales o cualquiera que desee experimentar un poco de la vida silvestre de Australia. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar los Jardines de Koalas de Kuranda si están por la zona.

Vista de la selva tropical de Daintree desde el cielo. Cambiamos al teleférico de dos vías ya que el viaje de regreso en tren era bastante tarde y nos alojábamos en Port Douglas. Hubo 3 paradas y pudimos ver las Cataratas Baron además de pasear por el pueblo de Kuranda.

Kuranda is a small town. Not as vibrant because not all shops open. Time is quite tight. Nice wildlife park. The 2 kangaroos are very docile and open for closeup photos. There are 2 staffs that came out to share about their animals (Jack and the blue tongue lizard). Boomerang throw is great fun. Highlight is the DUKW tour as the guide/driver shares their wealth of knowledge of the plants in the rainforest. Thumbs up! Great for whole family

Fue genial, el tour no fue apresurado, tuvimos mucho tiempo para explorar el parque natural de reforestación y el pueblo de Kuranda.

Nuestra excursión de un día a Kuranda con Klook fue una experiencia increíble y sin estrés de principio a fin. El servicio de autobús de recogida y regreso hizo que todo el día fuera cómodo y sin preocupaciones. Nos encantó la experiencia del Skyrail, deslizándonos sobre el impresionante dosel de la selva tropical con vistas increíbles. No olvide hacer las paradas para explorar la selva tropical y la vista de las cataratas. El aviario de aves fue un punto culminante, ofreciendo la oportunidad de ver de cerca coloridas aves tropicales en el pueblo de Karunda. El viaje en tren de regreso fue agradable, y aprender sobre la fascinante historia del ferrocarril añadió aún más valor. En general, fue una excursión de un día bien organizada e inolvidable.

I took the affordable Kuranda Riverboat cruise, and it was a good value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to leisurely observe wildlife! The boat was more like a motorized raft, and the experience time was just right. There were only 8 people during this particular time slot. The old captain was humorous and witty, introducing the reservoir and historical constructions along the way. The best part was the ecological experience; not only did we successfully spot wild freshwater crocodiles, but we also got to hand-feed turtles, and swallows even flew by the boat occasionally. I joined the 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM session, which was originally perfectly timed to connect with the last scenic train at 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, the train was canceled that day due to safety concerns, so we had to take a bus back to Cairns city center instead.

Amphibious Duck Tour: For someone like me who can't understand fast native English, the guide's voice was like a sleeping pill, haha. I almost fell asleep, it was dangerous. Kuranda Scenic Railway: If you're not on the left-side window seat, the view is hard to see and you can't take pictures, haha. Waterfall: On the Kuranda Scenic Railway, you have 10 minutes to get off and see it, but if you want to enjoy it more, you should get off at the first Skyrail station.

Our guide was very entertaining and explained everything so well. This is the most comfortable way to enjoy the rainforest. The sunset in the forest is also beautiful.
