Our second stay at JPark Island Resort & Waterpark was just as amazing as the first—if not even better! This time, we booked three rooms (1 Deluxe and 2 Mactan Suite Rooms) to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday with the whole family.
Everything went smoothly from check-in to our entire stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a family celebration. What made it extra special was seeing how happy our son was. He truly enjoyed all the resort amenities, especially the pools and waterpark areas.
It was a memorable and fun-filled experience for all of us. Thank you for helping us create such a joyful celebration—we will definitely be back again!

Good location for quick beach getaway before going home to Manila. The ambience is nice, good breakfast. Nice room, everything is seamless. Highly recommended!

we had a really great experience with the Resort. the staff are so warm and helpful. the amenities are superb! the room is spacious and super clean. we enjoyed the huge bathtub. a really good choice if you want relaxation!

one of the best resorts in Cebu. the pool side offers a good view of the sunset. and the resort is gym is huge with a lot of equipments. one thing i noticed is the room floor has moisture but im not sure why. overall, its a great resort

A truly wonderful stay! The resort was so clean and the rooms are very spacious and spotless. I loved waking up to such a beautiful view of the sea — it’s absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and very helpful with everything we needed. What I also appreciated was how convenient it was — if you need a bus, there’s just a button outside your room that you can press. Super hassle-free!
Highly recommend this place if you want a clean, relaxing, and comfortable beach getaway.

The hotel was good; the room had a slight musty smell, but opening the window for a few minutes resolved it. The lobby offering ice water was a nice touch. When checking out, the front desk staff actually forgot to refund my deposit... Luckily, I hadn't left yet; I went back to the front desk to process the deposit refund... (This was a bit unreasonable). The SPA price was combined with the check-out bill, and later I felt it might not have matched the prices on the menu. I didn't have time to go back and ask for an itemized receipt. Next time I stay at a hotel, I won't skip printing an itemized receipt at checkout just to save paper or time.

We had a fun time during our stay. There were multiple pools and activities like pool zumba, foam party, fire dancing that we enjoyed. Room was decent and clean. I was glad the room had amenities like washing machine, iron, kitchen appliances. It's more of an airbnb but you won't get charged for ridiculous hidden fees. Overall, it was a pleasant staycation.

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff were so warm, friendly and accomodating. My room was nice, quiet, the aircon was cold and the water pressure for the shower was good with consistent hot water. the buffet breakfast wasnt part of the room rate that I booked (I regret not getting it with the room) and its 995 pesos add on so I suggest get the buffet breakfast included as it was quite delicious! i enjoyed the poolside also, the happy hour cocktails were definitely enjoyed poolside. will book again when i visit cebu next time.
