The hotel has a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from Hualien Station and the bus transfer station. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the guest rooms are spacious and bright. The lobby on the first floor offers complimentary cookies, drinks, and ice cream during afternoon tea. The late-night snacks are rich and delicious, and the breakfast is also very good. Free bicycle rentals are also available. Overall, it has a very high cost-performance ratio!

Service: The receptionist was proactive and enthusiastic, and their attitude was very polite, which didn't make you feel nervous. Breakfast: It's been a long time since I've had such an appetite for a hotel buffet breakfast. The dishes were very distinctive, and I wanted to try every one of them.

La primera vez que me hospedé aquí, la sensación fue bastante buena. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y tener un Xiaomei Xi fue realmente genial. The hotel exterior is impressive, and the interior environment is clean and elegant. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and comfort. The service staff, Jia-Ru Pan, was very friendly and professional, providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which made me feel valued. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness, a soft and comfortable bed, and complete amenities, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and the service was very attentive, putting me in a good mood to start the day. The hotel's facilities are also complete, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and spa, which made me feel very secure and relaxed while using them. Overall, the Fullon Hotel deserves praise for both its hardware facilities and service quality. It is a quality hotel that I would visit again and recommend to friends. Todo estuvo muy bien, pero los procesos de asignación de mesas en el restaurante y el servicio de transporte son confusos. Para ahorrar tiempo al personal de servicio, prefieren dejar que un grupo de clientes espere en la puerta. El servicio de transporte ya estaba programado para salir en 15 minutos, pero aún así le pidieron a los clientes que regresaran en 10 minutos para recoger un número.

After arriving at the hotel, first scan the QR code to register for the check-in queue. Then, you can park your car and enjoy the facilities. Wait for a phone call to go to the front desk for check-in. Once your room is ready, a shuttle will take you to your accommodation area. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Dinner was great with main courses that catered to most tastes, and we ate until we were stuffed. Breakfast wasn't quite to our family's liking, but thankfully there was a buffet bar with other options. As for the recreational facilities, some required registration and queuing, which made it hard to fully enjoy them when crowded... a bit of a shame. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to visit again.

I was so surprised! My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive at Hualien Airport until 8:30 PM. I finally managed to get a taxi, and when I said "Return to Slow Time Inn," the driver knew exactly where to go. Apparently, quite a few people stay there. All the arrangements were very thoughtful. There's a hot water dispenser in the hallway, a wind deflector on the air conditioner, a washing machine on the roof, snacks, drinks, and popsicles in the lobby, and board games, comics, a KTV, and a ball pit in the basement... Return to Slow Time Inn is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at during my trip.

Hay un estacionamiento justo en frente del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente al llegar, pero no hay muchos espacios y no estoy seguro de si hay otros espacios de estacionamiento disponibles; la ubicación está bastante cerca del centro de la ciudad, básicamente, después de registrarnos ese día, mi familia y yo caminamos para comer y visitar el mercado nocturno, sin necesidad de conducir y estacionar nuevamente; la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y el ascensor panorámico ofrecía una vista clara de la ciudad; lo más importante es el desayuno del día siguiente, un desayuno puramente vegetariano es ciertamente un tipo de desayuno que no solemos probar, pero cada elemento era muy delicioso, mi familia quedó muy satisfecha, es una buena opción de alojamiento para visitar la ciudad de Hualien.

Overall, a very good experience. The booking process was simple and the instructions for use were clear. On-site redemption/entry was smooth, the staff were friendly, the itinerary was well-organized, and the price was reasonable. I would use Klook again to book other activities.
