We had an outstanding experience with Ega and highly recommend him. He was extremely attentive to details and genuinely thoughtful about our family’s needs, especially our children. He took the time to understand our pace and ensured the itinerary was comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
Although we missed the sunrise due to fog, Ega stayed positive and made the rest of the day truly memorable. Our kids had a wonderful time at the floating market and the rainbow waterfall, which more than made up for it. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, Ega shared useful insights about Bandung throughout the trip. We would gladly engage him again.

Nuestra guía turística, Esrina, fue muy complaciente. Nos sugirió destinos adicionales, aunque optamos por no añadirlos debido a limitaciones de tiempo, ya que nos había llevado al bazar por la mañana, tal y como le pedimos, para comprar algo de batik que pudiéramos usar durante el recorrido. El paquete turístico fue muy bueno, ¡y Esrina tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecernos tomar fotos bonitas! ¡Disfruté especialmente dando de comer a los ciervos en Ranchabali!

Tuvimos a Esrina como nuestra guía. Se puso en contacto con nosotros la noche anterior a nuestro tour, confirmando la hora de recogida, etc. Es buena, una excelente conductora e informativa, compartió mucha información y recomendaciones con nosotros durante el viaje. Tiene una gran personalidad y se asegura de que estemos cómodos durante todo el trayecto. Nos divertimos mucho juntos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views. Hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a touch of brutalist minimalism on the outside and industrial interiors. I love the wide open lobby space that leads to the mountain views. All the staff were polished in hospitality training and very friendly. Enjoyed the spa as well, wish I could have stayed anothed day! Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great as well.

nice hotel especially with the kids. they accomodate my special requests altho we have to wait. was hoping they already prepared as i kept updating we are on our way etc. kids want to swim everyday on the man made beach and its heated pool too. connected to the mall easy to find food eventho you dont have any meal there although the breakfast spread was great! they got everything and affordable for walk in too.staff during checkin and checkout wered friendly and also around the hotel:) view of the mountain was also amazing! recommended

Very convenient to be attached to the mall and theme park. The only thing lacking is the area outside the hotel is not very good for walking around. You need a car to drive to somewhere of interest. But the hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

Super strategic location, very close to Gedung Sate! Absolutely amazing and highly recommended! Will definitely come back again!

Vinimos entre semana. Fácil reclamar el cupón. Recomiendo reservar a través de Klook porque es más barato que si compras la entrada directamente. Entre semana no hay colas largas. Los niños se divirtieron mucho.
