Additional Information:

  • This is a one way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service
  • The driver speaks basic English only
  • The vehicles are not accessible for passengers with disabilities, e.g. wheelchair users
  • This transfer service does not provide child seats or baby capsules. It is recommended that infants aged 0-5 are seated on the lap of their parent or legal guardian
  • Kindly indicate your preferred pick up location at checkout. If you booked a round trip service, please inform the driver your preferred pick up time for your return transfer
  • For airport pick ups, the date selected upon booking should be your flight arrival date, e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May
  • No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly at your preferred drop off location
  • Though not mandatory, travel and accident insurance are always recommended
  • Important: For pick ups between 11:00am-10:00pm, please book at least 4 hours before preferred pick up schedule. If you booked between 10:00pm-11:00am, bookings must be made at least 8 hours prior
