Luggage Services
- Please store your luggage at the hotel counter before 11:00 AM. The agent will collect the luggage according to the service schedule
- According to the location provided in the 'Other Info' section, it must be within Tokyo's 23 Wards, Maihama (Disneyland area), or Yokohama City
- Your luggage will arrive at your designated hotel before 21:00 on the same day

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please take photos of the luggage you plan to have delivered and send them to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information
- To receive your luggage, you must present your passport or photo ID to confirm your identity

¡No podría pedir nada mejor! ¡Es muy conveniente que envíen el equipaje por la mañana entre ciudades y lo tengan listo en su hotel esa misma noche! Todo el proceso fue muy fácil. ¡Sin duda volveré a utilizar este servicio!
¡Excelente servicio! Recogieron nuestras maletas en la recepción de nuestro hotel en Kioto a las 9:00 en punto (según lo previsto) y, cuando llegamos a nuestro hotel en Tokio alrededor de las 19:00, nuestras maletas ya nos estaban esperando allí. No sufrieron daños ni se retrasaron. ¡Disfrutamos de nuestro primer día de exploración de Tokio sin preocupaciones y con las manos libres! ¡Muy recomendable!
Después de nuestro viaje por Tokio, Osaka y Kioto, nuestro equipaje era más grande de lo esperado y necesitábamos una solución para enviarlo desde Kioto a nuestro último hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Haneda. LuggAgent fue nuestra salvación. Recogieron el equipaje en nuestro hotel en Kioto y pudimos tomar el Shinkansen sin equipaje a nuestro destino. Cuando llegamos al hotel, las maletas ya nos estaban esperando. Lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería a usar el servicio.
Estaba muy preocupada por enviar mi maleta con antelación, pero todo salió muy bien. Mi maleta me esperaba en Kioto y el proceso de reserva y comunicación fue fácil y rápido. Como tengo un AirTag, pude ver dónde estaba mi equipaje; de lo contrario, no recibí un correo electrónico como decía en el servicio. ¡Eso hubiera sido genial! De todos modos, realmente puedo recomendar este servicio, ¡porque viajar en el metro y el Shinkansen es una molestia con una maleta!
No quería llevar mi equipaje porque tenía muchos traslados para ir a mi próximo hotel y, como prometieron, me lo entregaron a las 7 p. m. en mi nuevo hotel. Puedes usarlo sin problema.
Esta es, con diferencia, la mejor decisión que hemos tomado en nuestro viaje. No tuvimos que arrastrar nuestro equipaje en el shinkansen... llegaron justo a tiempo y el equipaje se entregó antes de lo esperado.
Ahorre energía sin tener que arrastrar su pesado equipaje para trasladarse de una ciudad a otra. El equipaje llegará a las 5:00 p. m. al hotel de destino.
Nuestro equipaje nos esperaba en nuestra habitación en el siguiente hotel. 😃😃😃
