Location excellent. Pool very nice. Breakfast amazing. Rooms quite good, maybe slightly dated. Solid choice.

The room is so spacious and the amenities are top notch!! There is so much available for the family to do - swim, play games, mini-golf. I also highly recommend their included breakfasts. We did the buffet breakfast and it was unreal! So many delicious options!!! I’m glad we chose to include it with our booking:) A very short walk to the Disney train too:)

This hotel experience was absolutely fantastic. To the atmosphere, ambience, and location to Disneyland. One thing that truly stood out for me was the exceptional service by the staff here. Every single interaction was so friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel if you are going to Disneyland or Disneysea. Train will take you straight to parks and free shuttle will take you to different parts of the area if you want to grab a bite to eat outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend for families visiting the parks.

We had a lovely experience at the Sheraton. Very clean and also very convenient to Disneyland and Disney Sea.

The rooms were very clean although showing their age a bit. Staff was very helpful. Quiet and restful sleep for sure. Buffet was overpriced and mediocre food at best.

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities and great breakfast. It would have been nice to have more staff that spoke English as the hotel caters to alot of out of country tourists.

See that beautiful pool in the photos? Your kids will definitely want to splash and play in it, and Expedia leads you to believe that it is included with your resort fee. Unfortunately, you will have to reserve it, and on hot days reservations run out. If you are lucky enough to reserve it you have to pay roughly $75 for a family of 4. This will get you two hours access, during a set 2 hour window (so if you don’t arrive at the exact start time you will have less. Also, once in the pool you will not be allowed to climb on any of the rocks.
