Terms & Conditions of Tasting Theatre Programmes:

• Tasting Theatre Programme ticket does not include admission to the festival; separate purchase of an admission ticket is required.
• This ticket is only valid for the selected tasting theatre programme, and each ticket admits one entry for one person only (unless otherwise specified). Please arrive at Tasting Theatre 10 minutes before the programme starts.
• Participants must be aged 18 or above and bear an official stamp on the hand or any visible part of the body to be eligible for alcoholic sessions and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of festival staff.
• Participants aged 13-17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian and present it at the Tasting Theatre entrance.
• Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged under 3 will not be entertained.
• Wine and food tasting are subject to related terms and conditions of Tasting Pass and Token.
• Each ticket will only be accepted once. Once used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused. Additional or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
• Tickets sold are not refundable.
• No replacement will be offered for any lost, defaced or damaged Tasting Theatre Programme ticket.
• The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) reserves the right to cancel the festival and/or Tasting Theatre Programme in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the festival.
• This ticket, whether in a physical or digital format, will be collected and/or scanned by staff at the Tasting Theatre entrance.
• The products and services in the Tasting Theatre Programmes are provided by exhibitors or invited guests, HKTB shall not be responsible for any liabilities in relation thereto.
• All photos and images related to the products/ services in the Tasting Theatre Programmes are for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice from HKTB, participating exhibitors or invited guests.
• Terms and conditions apply. HKTB and participating exhibitors reserve the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
• Any product purchased shall mean that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions of Tasting Theatre Programmes.
