El conductor fue genial. El tráfico era terrible después de un evento con 92.000 personas. Tuvimos que caminar bastante, quizás unos 45 minutos, pero no nos quedamos atrapados en el caos del tráfico.

Salieron 90.000 personas. Fue conveniente y rápido utilizar este servicio. No hubo aglomeraciones y se pudo regresar al centro de Londres rápidamente.
Servicio absolutamente terrible y espantoso. Reservamos el coche con más de un día de antelación y llamé por la mañana para confirmar que el conductor me recogería en Wembley. Después de una hora no recibí respuesta y el servicio de atención al cliente fue grosero, abusivo y acosador hasta el punto de que se presentó una denuncia ante la policía.
