We booked this hotel last minute, as the place we originally booked gained some fairly scary reviews that week!
Stayed in the basement room, which was clean and surprisingly not too warm in the heatwave. Staff are friendly and attentive. Would absolutely stay again!

The Hotel is located in a nice area, close to two metro stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and bus stops.
Restaurant’s and stores are within walking distance.
Can also walk to Kensington Gardens and Portobello Road Market.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
My room was spacious, loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. Save money and time making my own breakfast and lunch.

Shower was extra small with a corner closing door that did NOT stay closed!!! Shower had mold and the head sprayed out on to the ceiling. Terrible shower!! The bed was very hard! Maybe a foam topper would improve the comfort, or better yet, a new mattress.
The point of staying in a hotel is good night sleep and a hot shower. Both were failures!!!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location was great, a quick walk to the underground and Notting Hill. The staff were super nice. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Very clean and tidy staff were very good only problem TV wasn’t working bad signal tried to fix it only lasted 30 mins

Fantástico I was really pleased with this place, as it had everything I needed for a short business trip. A microwave on the room might have been useful, but not a huge issue. The bed was really comfortable.
Having friendly staff on reception was definitely a bonus. Location is great with tube and several bus routes close by. Lots of shops to get provisions. However, the street that the hotel is on was extremely quiet.

I like staying here when i come to London the price is fair the location is excellent for all types of activities and its quiet surprisingly the staff is excellent and helpful and i will be back next year for carnival save me a room
