very nice hotel. clean and provides all ammenities. It has an airport shuttle which is very nice. If you need an umbrella just ask for it at the desk

Good and convenient. Though, it was kinda far from the station. Like you have to walk almost double numbers. But it is near the airport. Around 20 minutes by taxi and we paid around 4k yen. the staff helped us to book for taxi early in the morning like 3 o’clock.

My family have a great stay at your hotel, very nice and accomodating staff, nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean, also near the kensei and jr lines. alsonhave a free shuttle bus to the airport .

It was near Narita Statiqon and even had a bus shuttle to the airport which was convenient. as early as 6.30am. amenities are nice. there was a disturbance at one of the rooms and the staff deescalated the situation right away. even apologised to all the guests. lots of places to eat around and th aeon market was near. went to ramen menma aoyama which was quite popular
