We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Concierge even went out of her way to accomodate our request. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location! It is clean and it has a bath you can use to relax after walking all day which is great. The reception is always busy so we always had to wait unfortunately and there is no laundry service. I also wish they were more helpful booking restaurants for dinner as this was a challenge not being able to speak Japanese.
